Yes, we know some designers love the decor element of design, you know the "fluffy stuff" (furniture, fabrics, colors....) and we do too however, re-modeling and new construction really gets our creative juices flowing and there is nothing more satisfying than being involved in the initial planning and design stage.

 

We have a unique ability to walk into an existing space or look at a set of drawings and envisage an improved, functional and aesthetically pleasing new layout. We create all the interior drawings throughout the house such as the kitchen, bathrooms, cabinetry, fireplaces, built-ins etc. We provide detailed schedules, drawings and elevations needed for necessary trades to complete the work as specified.  We then articulate the design to our clients in the form of design meetings, plans, drawings, 3D modeling, renderings and design/mood boards.
