ABOUT US

We are an Interior Design Studio with a professional, creative and personal approach to every project whether it is your home or work space.

 

Jackie Currie-Taylor is the owner and Principal Designer of Gravitate To, a full service design firm with offices in Asbury Park and Colts Neck NJ.  Gravitate To creates balanced and harmonious interiors infused with a modern energy that are practical, comfortable and unique to each client.

​

In addition to working directly with Homeowners and Small Businesses, we provide design services to architects, property developers and contractors in the Greater New York and New Jersey area.  Working on projects including design and build, interior remodeling and renovations.

 

Gravitate To also works closely with local real estate agents assisting home buyers in seeing the full potential of their next dream home and staging properties for sale.

Jackie is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, National Kitchen and Bath Association and Real Estate Staging Association. She has won awards from the Illuminating Engineering Society for lighting design, ASID furniture design, and has designed for the VNA Stately Homes by the Sea Showhouse.

FUN FACTS ABOUT JACKIE 

​

  • Keen golfer with two hole in ones to her name!

  • World Traveler - loves visiting the far east, India and Africa

  • Likes to spend her weekends gardening and walking her two black labradors, Storm and Thor

  • Favorite Season - Winter. Loves to ski but the lunch hours are getting longer and the runs shorter!

  • British and enjoying life in New Jersey for the last 12 years

  • Married to Simon and has two stepdaughters 

  • Bucket List Item -  to build my own home

  • Before becoming an interior designer she was a Private Banker and Wealth Manger for a London based Boutique bank.

  • Learned to sail in New York harbor
